Wimee Visits Color House Graphics
A Behind-the-Scenes Look at How Books Come to Life
Every book has a story, not just the one printed on its pages, but the people and partnerships behind it.
Recently, we had a very special visitor at Color House Graphics: Wimee, the curious and creative robot from Wimee’s Dreams. Wimee stopped by to see where his book was made, and in the process, helped capture something we value deeply here – the relationships that bring stories to life.
At CHG, printing books has never been just about presses, paper, or production schedules. It’s about working alongside creators, listening to their goals, and treating every project with the same care we’d give our own.
That’s what made Wimee’s visit feel so natural. His story is built on imagination, accessibility, and creativity – values that align closely with how we approach our work every day.
When authors, educators, and organizations partner with CHG, they’re not handed off to a machine. They’re supported by a team that cares about the outcome and the people behind it.
Building Books & Trust
Children’s books, in particular, carry a special responsibility. They’re read over and over again. They’re shared in classrooms, libraries, and homes. They need to hold up, physically and emotionally.
That’s why we take time to understand:
- how a book will be used
- who it’s meant for
- and what matters most to the people creating it
From first conversations to final delivery, our team works collaboratively to make sure each book reflects the heart of the story, not just the specs of the project.
A Collaboration Worth Celebrating
Wimee’s visit was a reminder of why we love what we do. It captured the joy that comes from collaboration, curiosity, and mutual respect – and the pride that comes from helping meaningful stories reach their audience.
We’re grateful to work with creators who trust us with their ideas, and we’re proud to be part of projects that inspire imagination and learning.
If you haven’t already, take a moment to watch the video of Wimee’s visit. It’s a fun, lighthearted glimpse into our world and a reminder that behind every book is a team that cares.
