Customer Payment Portal Setup Instructions

Having trouble setting up your account? Most issues are caused by either (1) entering the Secret Answer differently than originally entered or (2) the password setup email being sent to a Spam or Junk folder.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Click the Create Account button on the payment portal login page or check the Register and Save Payment Information box on the Make a Payment screen.
2. Enter your email address. It will serve as your username.
3. Input a Secret Question and Secret Answer.
4. Submit your registration.

Important: The answer to your Secret Question is case-sensitive and will be required during the password setup process or to reset your password. Please record your answer exactly as entered.

Step 2: Set Your Password

1. After registering, you will receive an email from [email protected].
2. Open the email and click the password setup link.
3. When prompted, enter the answer to your Secret Question exactly as you entered it during registration.
4. Create your password and complete the login process.

Important Notes:

Your Username is the email address that the password setup email was sent to.

The password setup link is valid for 24 hours only.

If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

Some company email systems may block automated emails. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please contact your IT department or email administrator. You may get a new email by using the “reset password” feature.

The answer to your Secret Question is case-sensitive and must match exactly what you entered during account registration.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Credit card payments are subject to a 2.50% processing fee. This fee may not be reflected in the total displayed on your invoice. If you proceed with payment via credit card, the applicable fee will be added to your account and included in your next invoice or reflected in your balance due.
